Males will may bicker with each other, but usually do not fight at length, especially in an aquarium with plenty of plants, rockwork, driftwood, and other hiding places. This fish is compatible with most other peaceful fish. These fish tend to jump in aquariums, especially new tanks when introducing them for the first time. Make sure to have a lid or atleast lower the water level so they can't jump out
